Moores Valley Pilers and Movers Ltd is a family owned repiling and house moving business servicing the greater Wellington and Wairarapa regions. 

We were established in 1997 and have undertaken a wide range of house moving and repiling work since this time and are well respected within the industry.
The main focus of our work is repiling and on-site movement of houses and buildings but we are also capable of undertaking both large and small building relocations.

Our Differentiating Factor....

We differ to most other repiling contractors in that we have the ability to raise the entire building, remove the old foundation and install a brand new one set in concrete to meet the standards of the Building Code. We believe this is the best way of knowing for certain that the finished job is accurately level and the piles are well founded. It also enables a thorough inspection of the subfloor with the ability to replace and repair bearer and timber joists as and where necessary, and also the ability to install things such as insulation, subfloor plumbing, electrical cables etc whilst the building is raised.
We also offer the option of relocating the building to a different position on site when it is being replied, or to turn the building to capture sunlight in a particular room, or a better view. Relocation is also popular with developers wanting to subdivide a site. We can also raise the building - from just a few centimetres to give a larger crawl space or better view - right up to being high enough to enable the building of a basement garage or lower living area.  So many possibilities ...
